The hotel was a pleasant surprise with spacious and beautiful grounds. The location was conveniently close to town, and the heated pool delighted the kids. However, the room could use some updates, as the furniture showed signs of wear, and the bathroom facilities were somewhat lacking. Overall, the cleanliness and friendly service made the experience enjoyable.

7.0/10

I just returned from a lovely stay at Soleil Antigua, where I enjoyed clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The service was excellent, particularly from the friendly staff who were always willing to help. However, be prepared for a good walk to the city center, as it's about a 25-minute trek. The dining options weren't as extensive as I had hoped, and some facilities were under maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.

Rooms

The villas were nicely appointed and spacious with a well-stocked kitchenette, clean, and comfortable beds.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with our needs, although there were a few hiccups with the safe not working.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with beautiful views and a conveniently clean room. While the staff were friendly, my check-out experience was quite frustrating due to unexpected charges. The Wi-Fi was also disappointing since it wasn’t reliable despite being a paid service. Overall, it’s a lovely place, but there are areas for improvement, especially in customer service and amenities.

Rooms
8.0
The room was very clean and featured a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom. However, there was no coffee machine or mini fridge, which was a bit of a letdown.
Service

The service was friendly but inconsistent; while some staff were helpful, others seemed less willing to assist, especially during my checkout ordeal.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Antigua. However, the streets can be a bit uneven, which might be challenging for some travelers.
Dining

I enjoyed a nice breakfast buffet, which was included in my package. It was great, though more variety would have been appreciated.
Facilities

The hotel grounds are gorgeous with well-maintained pools and a lovely setting, but the Wi-Fi left much to be desired.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated, but the service left much to be desired. While the location was quiet and offered a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, it was a bit far from the main attractions. The dining options were decent, with a good breakfast buffet, although the menu could get repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable place but not without its flaws.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although it lacked additional toiletries like conditioner and lotion, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was friendly, but often inefficient; I found the staff struggled to address issues, such as fixing the broken phone in my room.
Location
7.0
The location is quiet and a bit of a distance from the town center, which may not be ideal for everyone, especially those with mobility issues.
Dining
6.0
Dining was fair with a solid breakfast buffet, but the offerings were the same every day, which became a bit boring.
Facilities

The hotel had nice pools, but could benefit from improved lighting and amenities overall.

7.2/10

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with spacious and clean accommodations, and enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast. The location is a bit out of the way from downtown, which makes walking difficult, especially for those with mobility issues. However, the complimentary shuttle service to the center of Antigua was really helpful. The dining options were delightful, but the pool area could get quite noisy on weekends, which can be a downside if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

Rooms
8.0
Our room was medium-sized, clean, and comfortable, with a sitting area. It was well appointed but lacked a fridge or microwave.
Service

The service was efficient, particularly during breakfast with plenty of choices, though it felt a bit rushed at times.
Location

The hotel is quite a distance from downtown Antigua; the cobblestone roads make it challenging to walk there, especially for those with limited mobility.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the robust breakfast menu, especially the traditional buffet on weekends, which was a highlight of my stay.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered two pools, but one was under maintenance during my stay, affecting my overall experience with the facilities.
